ABOUT THE MODERATOR, ANIKA

This effort combines my 15 year career in publishing, branding, and product development and my 10 year practice of dance, yoga, and somatic intuition. This piece of writing on my own body sums it up.

WHAT TO EXPECT

☆ It’ll start with circling up + introductions, a facilitated book discussion by me, then end with free-flowing time to socialize. Drinks will be provided.

☆ Read the assigned pages before each meeting. All event announcements will be via email. There is an optional What’s App group to join for resource sharing.

Venue: Grand St Healing Project. An airy room filled with cushions, blankets, and heated floors (!) Plenty of place to stretch under a high ceiling with a skylight. Located in central Williamsburg, Brooklyn with easy access to the L, JMZ subways and North/South Williamsburg ferry.
