I was an editor for Klutz which makes award-winning arts & crafts kits 

I wrote step-by-step instructions to teach crafts like sewing, then worked with illustrators to create art for each step. I collaborated with toy designers and manufacturers to develop custom-made art materials. It gave me a chance to immerse in product development (from sourcing, safety, sampling, to costing) and materials (from fabric, elastic, paper, to paint). 

Developed sewing patterns and hand-sewed prototoypes

Presented instructions for playing 20+ jumping games, complete with a custom-made stretchy rope!

Researched fun facts on the racing world. This LEGO kit featured build-your-own race cars and was a Toy of the Year award finalist for “Vehicle of the Year”
